7 bedrooms across the ground and top floors: There are two spacious king size rooms, one has a large walk in power shower with body jets (on the ground floor) and the other has a roll top cast bath. There is one double room which has a flat screen TV. There are three single rooms which have original Victorian sleigh beds, one of these is en-suite with an electric shower. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Cloakroom and shower room on first floor with WC and hand basin. Two dining rooms, two sitting rooms (one with a wood burning stove), a snug for children and a games room with a full-sized pool table, football table and an activity table.

Oil Central heating. Double oven and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, utility and drying room, washing machine and tumble dryer. A flat-screen TV with Freeview, WiFi, DVD Player, PlayStation 2, selection of games and a piano. Bed linen and towels. 2 highchairs and a stairgate available on request. Private parking. Garden with patio, BBQ and wooden play area. Sorry, no smoking.
