Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for swimming. Cot on request (please bring own cot bedding). Off road designated parking for 1 car. Shared gardens with benches. Shared use of leisure facilities including external games room with pool table and table tennis etc, separate snooker room with full-size table, indoor heated swimming pool and coin-operated sauna, children's outdoor play area, hard court tennis court and pitch and putt course. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: Shared games room open from 8am -9pm.
