First floor:
Galleried landing leading to all rooms.
Master bedroom with 5ft king bed and 3ft single bed. TV, DVD player and en suite bathroom with roll top bath, handheld shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with6ft superking bed (2 x 3ft zip link beds) - can be made up as a twin room on request. TV, DVD player, door to rear parking space and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Bedroom 3 with 6ft superking bed (2 x 3ft zip link beds) - can be made up as a twin room on request. TV and DVD player.
Family shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

The property nestles in a peaceful valley, just a few minutes; drive from Kingsbridge with the popular seaside destinations of Salcombe, Hope Cove and Thurlestone all within 5 miles. The house exudes an ambience of relaxation and welcome with comfortable entertaining spaces, a cosy woodburner, a sunny patio overlooking a fully enclosed garden and grounds, large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and ample parking. The owner prepares a lovely welcome pack of local goodies and throughout the house thoughtful touches combine to ensure that this beautifully presented and well-equipped property is a perfect venue for large families or friends looking for that special venue for a reunion. Smaller groups of 4 or less are very welcome in the winter too and will benefit from a reduced tariff. And if you need any more persuasion to book this lovely hideaway, catering services may be available at the property by negotiation with the very helpful owner. There is a beautiful separate one bedroom cottage also located at the premises which can be booked through Toad Hall Cottages (Saturday changeover).
