Two bedrooms on the second floor: 1x double bedroom, en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC plus heated towel rail; 1x family bedroom, twin beds, full-size bunks plus en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC with heated towel rail. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. First floor landing and seating area.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, drinks fridge. Smart TV with Netflix plus wall-mounted smart TV in kitchen and music system. Wi-Fi. Utility room houses sink plus washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom with another WC and basin. Electric and gas included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking is available for three cars. Small patio with picnic bench. 2 dogs welcome. Town centre within walking distance.
