Oil-fired underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio and lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps at front entrance. There is a level entrance at the rear so the property may be suitable for the less mobile, but is not wheelchair friendly. Note: Property set back from an A-road, some traffic noise will be heard when outdoors.
