The cottage is fully double glazed. Note: The lower ground floor bedroom is in the basement. There are no windows but sun pipes allow for some natural light and there is automatic air change ventilation.

The cottage sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite and a sofa bed, a twin room and a family bathroom.
