Little Cottage is a lot more spacious than its name suggests. The large sitting room has a cosy wood burning stove. The kitchen is well-equipped with high specification appliances and there is a separate utility room. Upstairs, a large master bedroom and second double bedroom are serviced by a modern bathroom with digital bath and shower.
Outside, a charming Summerhouse in the spacious garden is perfect for enjoying this sunny space in all seasons.
The picturesque village of Germoe is surrounded by green Cornish countryside and sits in the south west-facing bend between the Lizard and west Penwith, just a five-minute drive to the lovely beach at Praa Sands.
