Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher,WIFI, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. River Wye 5 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the parking area to the cottage and steep stairs to the first floor bedroom, making it unsuitable for the less mobile. Note: Due to the steep steps and bedroom balcony children to be supervised at all times.

The cottage is located one mile from the village of Fownhope, and seven miles from Hereford. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom with balcony and one ground floor single. There is a ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed gravelled patio with furniture.
