Shop 1.25 miles, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Property is adjacent to owner’s work yard with machinery, care must be taken as building materials around. Note: Both double beds are accessible from one side only. Note: Adults only to use the first floor attic bedroom. Note: Open tread stairs to first floor attic bedroom - care should be taken, and opening to attic room is 66cm by 60cm, you will need to crouch to enter and exit and so please mind your head. There's also no natural light in the attic room. Note: There are three stone steps from garden up to access the patio.

The Lodge is a lovely rustic chalet situated close to the village of Rathfarnham and just nine miles from Dublin. The chalet can sleep four people in two bedrooms, comprising of a ground floor 4' double and a first floor loft room with double bed accessed via a low doorway. Also in the cottage is a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture. The Lodge is a perfect base for touring this lovely part of the country, with plenty to see and do in Dublin itself, including the Guinness Storehouse.
