Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car, with additional parking on first come, first served basis. Decking with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site
