Gas central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawn and decking area with hot tub and patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site.
