Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size. 1 x twin. Kitchen. Sitting room/dining room. Family bathroom with a bath, shower attachment with mixer taps, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Shower room with large walk in shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Paved outside area with garden bench, table and chairs.

Gas fired hot water and central heating, wood burning stove. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, four-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, and feature Belfast sink. Wall mounted Freeview Smart TV with DVD, WIFI. High chair, travel cot, stair gate, soft spoons, bowls and cups are supplied for young children. All bed linen, bath/hand towels, tea towels and oven gloves are supplied, you will need to bring your own beach towels. An annual car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (a 5 minute walk away, subject to availability) or Dartmouth Park and Ride. Note: Please note that access via South Ford Road is narrow with a 6' width restriction in place.
