Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot bed/travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car with additional space for 1 car nearby. Front and rear lawned garden with furniture set in secluded parkland-style grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Please inform owner prior to your stay if you wish to use the sofa bed. Note: There are 6 paving steps up to front door and 3 internal steps in hallway. Note: As from the 10/06/2019 this property will only sleep 4.

Pine Lodge is a lovely detached lodge situated close to the village of Culbokie just six miles from Dingwall on the Black Isle in Scotland. The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are a double bedroom and a twin room together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private garden with furniture. Pine Lodge is a delightful lodge and an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country.
