On this level you will also find a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite, a bunk bedroom and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors out to the patio. A rack for storing wets suits is provided within the integral garage.

The stunning sitting room has been cleverly positioned upstairs with a wood burning stove, triple aspect windows, a south facing balcony, television and DVD player.
Also on the first floor is the master king-size bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom which can flexibly be configured as a super-king size bed on request. There is a cloakroom/WC here too.
