NB The bunk bedroom is a partitioned off bedroom to the main open plan living area.

Note: Shared use of heated outdoor swimming pool (available mid April - 30th September - please keep covered when not supervised by an adult), 18 hole mini golf course, driving net (please check nobody is in the way), 3 x fire pits, boules pitch, rope swings, games room, football goals, swings, and a kids Wendy house. Note: Shared use of laundry room and cloakroom. Note The bike store has mountain bikes, beach windbreaks, crabbing lines, dingy, cricket sets and boules.
