One bedroom: 1 x king-size bedroom, 2 x single sofa bed in living area. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Utility room.
Oil fired central heating with additional heating from oil fired range and open fire in kitchen/dining/living area. Gas hob with oil fired range to include hotplates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with internet channels, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravel area to the side of cottage. Sorry, no smoking. Shop/pub/supermarket 2 miles. Note: A narrow stairwell with overhanging beams leads to mezzanine level, so care should be taken. Note: The property adjoins Markree Castle Demesne, some of which is farmland. Guests are asked to park off the access road to allow the farmer occasional access. The farm gate to the rear of the property must be kept closed at all times.
