All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in shared external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi (Fibre Broadband), selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove not inc. - available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large enclosed deck with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are 4 steps up to the lodge. Note: The lodge overlooks the River Clun, children to be supervised. Note: Internet Fibre broadband has been installed from Jan 2019.
