Ground floor shower, WC and basin. First floor bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Open plan kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove. Seating gallery over looking the living space.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, drier, wine cooler and microwave. TV, DVD, WiFi, Playstation 2. Travel cot (no linen), highchair. Bed linen and towels provided. Large lawn and patio area with garden furniture. Outdoor hot shower. Off road parking for 3 cars, with room for trailer/ horse box. Paddock available for horses. Two dogs welcome at this house. Village shop, pub and restaurant 1.7 miles. NOTE WiFi and TV signal can be intermittent due to location.
