Family bathroom on second floor comprises of free standing bath, walk in shower sink and WC. Upstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area with wood burner. Ground floor lounge/sitting area.

Gas central heating and wood burner in upstairs sitting room. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi, 4KTV, DVD player. Edenbank Cottage is a large cottage finished to a luxurious style in Warwick Bridge in the heart of Cumbria. The design of the home is reversed between floors, housing two bedrooms on each floor to accommodate eight people � two first floor doubles (one en-suite), and a ground floor king and twin, both en-suite.
