Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Shared use of owner�s gardens. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Although the accommodation is ground floor there are some internal steps. Note: Access to the dressing room, shower room and twin bedroom is via the double bedroom. Note: The twin room is made up of a 3' single bed and a pull out 2' 6" guest bed, this could also be made up as a double bed on request. Note: Children to be supervised due to the brook and lake.
