Gas central heating with solid fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Patio with furniture. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Bike storage for up to 4 bikes. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The patio area is at the gable end of the property, accessed through a gate from the pavement and from the house down the rear ginnel from the kitchen (rear) door.
