Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility.
Gas central heating with underfloor heating in living area. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with BT Vision, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 Cot & 1 highchair provided. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pubs and harbour 2 miles. Note: There are 15 steps from the driveway down to the front entrance door. Note: The garden is very steep and may not be suitable for the less mobile.

The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom, one double, one adult bunk bedroom and a family bathroom together with separate room with basin and WC. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with dining area and sitting area with tri-fold patio doors and a utility room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private lawned garden with furniture. Situated close to the fishing harbour of Brixham, White Steps is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
