Across three storeys there are five bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin on first floor. 1 x king-size and single, 2 x twin on second floor. Bathroom with bath, basin and separate WC on first floor. Shower room with shower, basin and WC on second floor. WC (no basin) on ground floor. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. Sitting room on second floor.
Gas central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, two fridges, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
