Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars on driveway. Garden with seating and with play equipment, slide and swings. Hot Tub. Cot and highchair available. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at �25 per pet, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 15 min walk. Beach 4 miles. Note: The hot tub is cleaned weekly, therefore it may not reach its full temperature on first use.
Note: Steps lead down from the patio to the lawn area. Note: There is a pond in the garden, children should be supervised. Note: The garden is only fully enclosed when the entrance gate is closed. Note: No single sex parties. Note: PLEASE NOTE CHECK IN IS 4PM - DEPARTURE IS 10AM

The house sleeps twelve people and has one super king bedroom with en-suite and dressing area, two king bedrooms with en-suites, one superking zip and link room, a twin room and a bunk room (adult size beds). There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and snug, a utility room, two sitting rooms, a games room a wet room and a family bathroom. Outside there is a large garden with children�s play equipment, patio with seating, a pond and a hot tub. There is off road parking for four cars. Nairn is an excellent house for a family or friends holiday or for that special celebration.
