Gas central heating. Electric woodburner-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Small gravel courtyard garden to the side with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property has steep staircases and is not suitable for those with limited mobility and there is no wheelchair access. Note: There are 2 steps down into the property and 4 steps up into the garden out the back door. Note: Sloping ceiling in double bedroom. Note: Children must be supervised due to the canal.
