Lower Wooda Barn is a lovely Grade II barn conversion situated in the hamlet of Warleggan just seven and a half miles from Bodmin in Cornwall. The cottage has one king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower and two twin bedrooms (one with pull-out beds), together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed and woodburner-effect stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private lawn with patio and furniture. Lower Wooda Barn is a lovely cottage and an ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall.
