Electric underfloor heating on ground floor with electric radiators on first floor and woodburner. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with shared use of BBQ area, furniture and ponds. Private use of outdoor hot tub and outdoor swimming pool (available April to October) heated by solar panels, plus patio with loungers. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms and en-suites. Note: Unfenced ponds in grounds, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Note: The on-site facilities are available for use at your own risk. Note: The swimming pool is heated from June to September and is unheated in April, May and October.

Medlar Tree Cottage is a wonderful detached stone barn conversion situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor and five miles from the village of Blisland. This cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double with en-suite, a double with en-suite and a family room with three singles, together with a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room with woodburner, a sitting room and a sun room with infrared sauna. Outside there's off road parking for four cars, a lawned garden, shared use of a BBQ area, furniture and ponds, and private use of a hot tub and outdoor swimming pool. Medlar Tree Cottage is an excellent family base.
