Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off-road parking. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 4.5m x 9.1m, depth 1.2m-1.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Toddler pool (shared, 3m x 2.7m, depth 0.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Note: External steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Due to swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times.

The Corn Tallet is a beautiful cottage boasting open-plan living, bursts of character and thoughtful details on the outskirts of Bideford, in Devon. It plays host to three bedrooms, two twin rooms and a four poster double, sleeping six altogether. There is a bathroom and a shower room as well as a cloakroom. Also inside, the cottage boasts a first floor open-plan lounge/diner and a kitchen with a breakfast area.
