Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of 2 x washing machines and tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (intermittant and not suitable for streaming), selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some phone providers. Note: The stairs are open from the bedroom so children should be supervised.
