Mostly ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom. Bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC. Two kitchens (one with dining area). Sitting room with dining area and open fire. Second sitting room (seats 4) with gas fire. Snug (seats 2) with gas stove.

Two electric ovens and gas hobs, microwave, fridges, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, TV with Saorview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Ample off road parking. Lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Please note, the property is not suitable for hosting large parties. Note: Maximum 2 children allowed. No children under 6 years old (excluding infants).

Annie's Cottage is a wonderful detached cottage located two miles from the village of Belcarra in County Mayo. Set mostly on the ground floor, this cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of a first floor double with en-suite, a ground floor double with en-suite and a ground floor twin with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom. The cottage also has a bathroom with freestanding bath, two kitchens, one of which has a dining area, a sitting room with dining area and open fire, a second sitting room with a gas fire and a snug with electric stove.
