TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unrestricted roadside parking available in next road approximately 30 yards away. Lawned gardens with patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are 2 steps up between the kitchen and sitting room, and a further 3 steps up from the landing to one of the double bedrooms. Note: The doorway to the standard double bedroom and bathroom are low, please take care. Note: Due to the period of this cottage the stairs are very steep, with a rope banister, and the floors are uneven in places, not suitable for those with limited mobility
