Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 5 cars. Private patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ and shared use of extensive grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: Fly fishing available on-site, environmental licence required. Fishing free for one rod on a catch and release basis, at extra cost for more rods and there's an extra cost if you wish to keep any of the fish. Note: Due to fly fishing lake on-site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The property sleeps eight people and has three double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a twin room and two family bathrooms. On the first floor, and making the most of the views, is a large open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a slate patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a private hot tub.
