Gas and electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking across road on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 1 min walk. Note: Second TV has no aerial and is for DVD use only.
