It plays host to two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and an open-plan living area on the first floor with kitchen, dining and sitting area including a double sofa bed to sleep two extra people. Outside is a shared garden area downstairs and there is also a private balcony leading out from the sitting area with patio, table and chairs.
