Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (can only be accessed during opening hours of café, not in Winter, and until 6pm in the summer) selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Raised decked balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 9 mins and pub 4 mins walk. Note: There is no WiFi at the property, but it can be picked up from the cafe below during opening hours of café, not in Winter, and until 6pm in the summer.
