Bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with a gas fire. Utility. Summer house.

Gas central heating, gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample roadside parking on a first come first served basis and off road parking for 1 small car. Rear lawn with summer house and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note: Family bedroom is open to the stairs, with a stairgate available to be used and this room has sloping ceilings. Note: There is a smoking area outside the property. Note: Check in is 2pm and check out is by 11am.

Also inside there is a kitchen diner, utility and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and ample roadside parking, there is also a rear sitting area with a table and chairs.
