Electric range oven with gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with FreeSat, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own mattress and linen for cot. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Beach 6 mins walk. Note: Property has a spiral staircase. Please note for all bookings taken after 23/07/2019 a good house keeping bond of £200 will be applied to all bookings, thank you.

This cottage sleeps six people in four bedrooms, consisting of two king-size doubles, a double with en-suite shower, a further double and a separate bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a decked area with furniture and a barbecue. Jack's Hill is a wonderful place to stay with sandy beaches, bracing walks, and lovely gardens nearby.
