Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Iron, Ironing board, Microwave, Toaster, sandwich maker. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent please bring your own beach towels. Highchair and bed guard available on request. Hair dryer. Designated parking for 1 car, unrestricted parking in the site car park 100 metres from the lodge. Enclosed wrap-around Decking with Patio furniture including sofa, duo-seat, coffee table and dining area for four people. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. Note: Although the accommodation is ground floor, there are three steps up to the lodge. Please note: from 2020 the changeover day will be on a Saturday.
