A great holiday cottage in this lovely seaside location - views of the sea, close to the lovely sandy beach, outside seating to watch the waves and private parking too!
Lezayre Cottage nestles in the heart of the beautiful and much-loved yet unspoilt village of Sandsend, just 2 miles north of Whitby and is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends.
The cottage has a lovely decked area at the front with outside seating, an idyllic spot to enjoy breakfast or drinks before dinner. As well as the private on-drive parking, there is additional free on-street parking outside.
GROUND FLOOR
Enter into a reception hall; from there leads a comfortable sitting room with a stone fireplace and gas fire, views out to sea from the bay window and a Flat screen TV/DVD player.
There is a large 'living' kitchen with a gas cooker, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has a dining area, with table and chairs that comfortably seat six people.
GROUND FLOOR
The first floor has three bedrooms; there are two double bedrooms, both with wardrobes and dressing tables, plus a good size twin bedroom with full size 3' single beds.
The house has a newly fitted bathroom with bath, WC and hand wash basin plus there's a lovely new shower room with gleaming white tiles with a good size walk-in shower, WC and hand wash basin.
OUTSIDE
There is a path down to the door plus a decked area with table and chairs. There's on-drive parking for one car plus free unrestricted on-street parking outside.
