Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent however please bring your own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garden to front, side and rear with patio, BBQ and furniture. Garage for storage. One well-behaved pet welcome, however please no dogs allowed on the furniture or beds. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 9 mins walk. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: There are steps at the top of the garden, children should be supervised at all time. Note: There is no bedding provided for the travel cot.
