Gas central heating with log burner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Gardens with furniture, Scandinavian log burning hot tub (starter pack provided) and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 2 min walk. PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no single sex parties or groups under 25 years. Note: Hot Tub sits 2-4 people at one time. Note: The hot tub can reach temperature in an hour.
