Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x TV, Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair and cot available. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk.
Note:- 2019 bookings there may be some associated noise from building works taking place next to the property. The main foundations of the building work have now been completed, and the associated noise has not been as obtrusive as we had feared. Furthermore the building work has virtually no impact upon the main coastal views out of’ the front of the property.
