Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear courtyard with table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Although accommodation is arranged all on ground floor, there are internal steps, including two steps up to the shower. Note: Cottage is situated close to the main road, some road noise will be heard.
