Electric central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Road side parking or free car park nearby. Enclosed garden to front and back with seating. 2 dogs welcome, additional dogs may be accepted upon request. Please note: dogs are not allowed on the sofas or beds but are permitted on the bean bags in the sitting room and upstairs if they remain on the floor. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.2 miles and pub within 0.1 mile. Please note: There are several steps within each of the two floors of the property, so it is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are no fire guards around the woodburning stoves so children are to be supervised.

Hosting four bedrooms; two king-size, one with an en-suite shower, and two doubles, along with a ground-floor family bathroom and a first-floor WC, this property can sleep up to eight people. Downstairs is home to the sitting room with woodburning stove and the kitchen/diner with another woodburning stove. Outside the property benefits from two enclosed gardens, one to the front and back, with parking available on the road or in the nearby free car park. Chi Lowen is a lovely traditional property, with gorgeous views to the sea.
