Off-road parking for three cars in car park shared with neighbours or in spacious car park outside the courtyards. Shared communal gardens, tennis court, picnic benches and barbecue on site. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Beach � mile (steep climb up!) or 4 miles by car to beautiful nearby estuary. Coastal footpath 500 yards away, fabulous views and wildlife. The beaches are doggy paradise, for mixing with other dogs and playing fetch the ball. Note: Dogs must remain on lead within grounds, in the garden and on coastal footpath. Note: Mobile phone reception varies according to the provider and the time of day - We are out in the country!.
