Biomass heating, underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. WiFi, TV, selection of books, DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Cot and highchair available on request. Decking and gravelled area with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking or lit candles. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead in the farm yard and children must be supervised as this is a working farm. Note: There is a spiral staircase at this property leading to the first floor sitting area. Note: Dogs welcome. Note: New Bookings from 1st October 2018 a �20 charge per week for second pet. NOTE - Check in time is 4:30pm and Check out time is 10am.
