Oil central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor and two woodburning stoves. Electric oven and ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, TVs and WiFi (can be temperamental). Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear private enclosed patio with outdoor seating area. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Pub 2 miles, shop 2.0 miles
