LPG central heating. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Patio with furniture. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs. Note: Single bed has an electrically operated backrest and may be suitable for the disabled and a shower chair can be provided for the en-suite wet room. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 10 cottages and 4 apartments. It works on a weekly rota system, where each property gets 6 x one hour exclusive slots across the week which will be allocated in a folder on arrival. Note: From January 2020 this property offers a 4pm check in time.

Please note, caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties
If you plan to arrive with any of the above, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of �20
