All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x king-size double and 1 x triple bunks with a Jack-and Jill en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Gas heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Sky TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. On-site swimming pool, spa and hairdressers available. Enclosed garden and veranda with patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop and restaurant, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Onsite facilities are available when onsite pass is purchased. Note: please be aware the owner of this property requires a good housekeeping bond of £50. Note:check in is at 4pm
