Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking permit provided, left on kitchen table for one car in car park 5 mins walk away during summer months (1st April - 30th September). Roadside parking available during the winter months. Shared, elevated decked area with furniture available until 30th August 2019. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. Note: Elevated decked area is accessed via 24 external steps. Note: The decked area is shared with the adjacent cottage, but does have designated seating areas. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: The Garden with shared seating is included until 30th August 2019, after this there will no longer be a seating area available.
